Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with all original tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please use the return request option available on our website with your order details. Once you submit your request, we will process it and coordinate the return after it has been approved.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it first according to our return policy. Once your return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
